Brooks Machine & Tool, Inc.

    Brooks Machine & Tool, Inc. began business in September of 1984.

   Since its inception, we have served customers such as Chesebrough Ponds USA, Inc., International Playtex, Bic Pen, McDonnell Douglas, Origin Technologies, Mesker Door Co., Amweld Building Products, Dean Steel, The Kewanee Corporation, and many others. We provide services to customers in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi and through out the United States, and strive to stay abreast of the rapidly changing needs of our customers and the industry.

    We use Solidworks 3D CAD, AutoCAD 2D CAD systems as well as Surfcam V5 CAM Software.

    Our equipment allows us to offer our customers small or large quantity machine shop products, small or large quantity sheet metal products, build or maintain steel stamping dies, as well as design and build specialty manufacturing and packaging equipment.   

   In the past twenty-seven years, we have designed and built equipment used for manufacturing and packaging. It’s usage varies from assembly line equipment including hydraulic and air over hydraulic presses; pick and place machines for production of printed circuit boards; packaging equipment; tooling and equipment for the manufacture of pyrotechnics; dies for the manufacture of steel doors & steel door frames; de-paneling dies for pre-loaded printed circuit boards; and laser tracking systems for control of automated welding machines; progressive and blanking dies for large quantity production runs of steel stampings.      

   Brooks Machine & Tool, Inc. is small enough to give our customers personal attention at reasonable pricing. Yet, big enough to handle most any job whether it is close tolerance piece part or large quantities of production parts.

   Brooks Machine & Tool, Inc. is approved to contract directly to government agencies.
